World Leaders Meet for Historic Climate Change Talks

Representatives from 196 countries have gathered in Paris this week to discuss climate change. The goal of the 21st session of the Conference of Parties (COP21) is to formulate an action plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and limit global warming.
